We have ongoing opportunities for the following positions:

 FIELD MANAGEMENT

 Operations Consultant:

Directs the operation of an assigned district. Duties include: Managing sales and profits, visiting franchise and/or company store operations, supervising the General Managers (company), executing financial audits, completing consultations reports and providing support to the franchisees as needed. If you have 5-7 years of related experience in the restaurant industry, this just might be for you!

 Opening Training Coordinator:

Trains new employees in Koa Pancake House cooking, serving, hosting and bussing responsibilities. Duties include: Supervising approximately 4 other trainers, partnering with franchisees and/or company operators, maintaining budget, assisting with "take-backs" and providing materials and support for the store opening process. Requires ability to travel approximately 70% of the time. If you have restaurant management ant training experience, this may be a great opportunity for you!

 RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT

 General Manager:

Directs the operation of an Koa Pancake House restaurant. Duties include: Hiring and training new employees, managing sales and profits, executing local and national marketing programs and guest service. If you have 2-3 years of full-service, casual/family dining experience, don't miss this great opportunity.

 Assistant Manager:

Assists the General managerwith the above-noted tasks. If you have 1-2 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, this is a great way to get your "foot in the door" of a growing company.
