history
The first Koa Pancake House opened in Kaneohe, Hawaii in 1987. This dine-in restaurant was locally owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs. Chung. Today, the original Koa Pancake House in Kaneohe is still family owned and operated and is now accompanied by 5 other locations throughout the island of Oahu.
Since the world has evolved into a fast-paced lifestyle, Koa Pancake House has adapted our concept to better meet our customer’s expectations. While the Kaneohe restaurant continues its full service diner experience, other locations are now fast-casual restaurants to help serve you quickly and efficiently.
In the future, we plan on expanding to the neighbor islands and eventually nationwide.

Koa Pancake House is known as one of Oahu’s Best breakfast restaurant serving everyone from Kama’aina, Tourist, to military. We are known for serving good food and large portions at a reasonable price. Our menu consists of a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items along with some local favorites.
